How do I place an order?

Shopping at Goggleboxes is easy. Once you find your desired product, add the item to your basket by entering the chosen quantity and clicking Add to basket. All prices are shown including VAT and may be subject to a delivery charge. Your basket can be viewed at any time by clicking the basket button located towards the top right of each screen. Once you are happy to go ahead and purchase the items into your basket, click the Checkout button. At this point you have the option to register your details.

Existing customers can enter their username and password at the stage. Once registered and logged in, the checkout process will begin in the following step by step approach.

  • Delivery and Invoice Addresses
  • Choose delivery option and review order
  • Submit order
  • You will then be redirected to a secure Paypal payment page
  • Enter Card Details
  • Thank you and confirmation Email

What is the minimum order quantity?

We welcome orders of all quantities. Some products are sold individually, where others are sold by the pack.

How do I know whether my order has been received?

Shortly after completing the order process you should receive an automated e-mail confirming the details of your order. In addition, you should receive an e-mail from Paypal with details of the payment. Should you have concerns as to whether we have received your order, please contact us to confirm the details of your order.

What if my item is not in stock?

We endeavour to have all items in stock, however occasionally order demands fluctuate, so please come back to us as stocks
are updated on a regular basis.

What if I have not received my delivery on the day agreed?

Should there be a delay with the despatch of your order, you will be notified by either telephone or e-mail using the details
supplied when first registering with us. All deliveries are sent by track and trace, if you have any issues with your delivery not
arriving, please contact us.

What if I want to order on a regular basis or in large quantities?

What if my order arrives damaged?

My product has arrived and I do not know how to put it together?

Many of our products are flat packed and require easy home assembly, please see our product assembly instructions

Are all your products manufactured in the UK?

Yes, all of our products are made in the UK as we firmly believe in supporting UK manufacturing and jobs.

Are your products recyclable?

Yes, as an environmentally conscious company all of our products can be recycled.

Can you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, but only by special request

Can I pay in any currency?
